We both grew up with fish and chips as our favourite meal & both of us worked in a chippy when we were younger. After successful careers in building & eCommerce, we agreed that we were ready for a change and the idea of starting a mobile fish and chip business began to gather momentum.
We decided that we would cook chips in the traditional way with freshly-cut chips from the best potato merchants & the best Icelandic cod available.
After connecting with the best in the business, we underwent weeks of training until we felt confident that we were serving food that we were proud of but also, at a timely pace.
Our plans for the future include a second vehicle offering a gluten-free menu and in time, a high street shop.
